Platform Holly, Ellwood Onshore Facility & Associated Pipelines

Beacon West Energy Group was selected by the California State Lands Commission to operate and maintain Platform Holly, the Ellwood Onshore Facility, and associated infrastructure through decommissioning due to the significant historical knowledge of all the associated facilities as well as the award winning track record of the management team. Located in State waters, Platform Holly is approximately 2 miles offshore Goleta, near Coal Oil Point. The Ellwood Onshore Facility is in western Goleta, California. Working closely with the State Lands Commission and the City of Goleta, Beacon West maintains a keen focus on safety, regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship while well plugging & abandonment activities proceed and facility decommissioning planning work is underway.
