Platform Holly Module Installations

In 2019, Beacon West performed a fast-paced evaluation and engineering tasks for the replacement quarters buildings on Platform Holly in which our team worked collaboratively with the ExxonMobil Well Team as well as the CSLC team to develop a solution that met all the stakeholders’ requirements while minimizing costs and working into the overall team’s schedule around offshore operations for future P&A efforts. Beacon West’s key to the successful completion of this program (on time and under budget) was our understanding of the “pinch points” for the entire Team and ability to coordinate critical elements together to make sure all groups maximized their value throughout the project.

Following the costing effort, Beacon West performed the engineering of the selected alternative in cooperation with ExxonMobil. Beacon West designed and fabricated replacement units to successfully minimize structural modifications to the existing platform, saving significant time and money.
